Ray of hope ending?

So, who here has gotten that? There's a video walkthrough on youtube, but the guy didn't skip ANYTHING. I don't feel like watching 6 hours worth of video just to get there...

The Japanese Wiki tells me that in order to get that ending, you have to get the casino closed, the hospital and the language school open in one playthrough... but I don't know which event(s) lead to the school opening.

Sadly, it doesn't. That's for the foreign expulsion ending.

If I only knew how to get the freaking school open, I could get that.

Now I just need to figure out how to open the school. I'm tired of talking to people who use exclamation and interrogation marks!
